Description of content: It establishes and amends the list of authorized countries for the purpose of inclusion therein. In particular, by way of exception, the National Food Agency may, until 1 September 2032, include in the list of authorized countries/exporting establishments a country/establishment with which Georgia has trade relations concerning the importation of specific products subject to veterinary control during the period from 1 September 2024 to 1 September 2026, on the basis of satisfactory health guarantees.

The relevant provision has already been published. This notification is intended for informational purposes, clarifying that a transitional period is in place for the establishment of the list of authorized countries.
