Description of content: The draft Resolution provides for the adoption of the Procedure for state registration of objects, including, in particular, general requirements for the registration of objects and plastic recycling processes, requirements regarding the form, content and format of documents to be submitted for registration, procedures for the treatment of requests for confidential treatment of information and requirements for its protection, as well as requirements for the issuance of a scientific opinion on the safety of objects.

It further established that the electronic system of the State Register of substances authorized for use in the manufacture of materials and articles, as well as plastic recycling processes, shall become operational on 1 September 2026.

The draft Resolution is also notified under the SPS Agreement.
